- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the departmental requirements along with the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Conduct Pre screening Interviews.
- Schedule personal interviews of potential candidates with the hiring manager
- Prepare and send regular updates to the hiring managers and candidates.
- Prepare and send employment contracts.
- Conduct On boarding for the selected candidates
- Coordinate with the IT and HRS department for Induction of the selected candidates
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate online venues.
- Utilize the online resources for recruitment.
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
- Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
- Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data on the shared drive.
- Perform reference and background checks for potential employees.
- Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
- Maintain and regularly update the Manpower requirement for the assigned department / division.
