- Processing all payments on time - Sub Contractors, Suppliers, Utilities, Govt Departments & Travel Advances.
- Employee settlement payments - Advances, Leave and Termination/Resignation.
- Ensuring that all old issues pertaining to suppliers accounts are sorted out . Particular Focus should be on Debit balances.
- Giving inputs to assigned accounts executive in his preparation of monthly P&L Account. Also to prepare P&L Account in his absence.
- Monthly scrutiny and appropriate booking of all Corporate Credit Card.
- Processing Payroll on a monthly basis.
- Periodic Physical verification of Cash in various locations.
- Review of Bank Reconciliation on a monthly basis to sort out any AP related
- Daily Review of Fund Position and highlighting issues if any.
