We are seeking a Facebook Ad
Specialist to own paid social marketing strategy and execution for our Facebook
pages. As a Facebook Ad Specialist you will drive all aspects of planning,
executing, optimizing, and reporting against our Facebook ad campaigns. You
will be responsible for driving profitable traffic and sales growth by managing
to cost per click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), cost
per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) targets. The ideal
candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in online marketing specifically in
a dedicated Facebook function within a marketing department, be proficient in
Facebook’s tools and software (including power editor, day parting, website
custom audiences, and custom audience), and have demonstrated successful
management of Facebook ad campaigns. Additionally, the ideal candidate will
have outstanding quantitative and excellent Excel skills and be able to
collaborate and communicate in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Facebook ad
campaign planning and execution including competitive analysis, audience
research, bid management, copywriting, implementation, and testing
·
Ensure campaigns are set
up with complete accuracy and attention to detail
·
Monitor results, analyze
key website metrics, and provide recommendations and strategies for continued
campaign improvement. Continually identify, test, and implement opportunities
for optimization
·
Produce weekly, monthly,
quarterly and annual reports on campaign performance and distribute to senior
management
Monitor the competitive
landscape and stay current with digital marketing trends, new methodologies and
best-practice strategies
Monitor internal
merchandise trends and stock levels and adjust campaigns accordingly
