The purpose of this role is to generate delegate attendance for various conferences and exhibitions that our company hosts and runs in different parts of the world.
In this role, you will be required to:
- identify potential delegates through web-based and phone-based research, referrals, cold calling, email and networking
- develop and continually update delegate databases
- acquire new delegates via phone- and email-based selling
- plan and administer email marketing campaigns
- input registrations and process cancellations, substitutions and transfers
- allocate and chase payments
- file all delegate correspondence
- ensure all delegate enquiries are dealt with promptly and on time
- interact with delegates and deal with their queries and complaints
- assist delegates with their travel requirements
- work at the events onsite and assist the event team in smooth delivery of the events
- maintain strong relationships with delegates - before, during and after the event

This role is based Bahrain and offers an excellent OTE package consisting of a base salary plus commission. Furthermore, the incentive to attend overseas for team meetings as well as to attend the event and work onsite will be one of many.
