• Partner with sales, operations and finance to create a customer experience that exceeds their expectations
• Review forecast with sales manager and demand planner
• Manage all order and shipment timelines and communicate with each customer effectively
• Maintain “Orders - vs - Forecast” reports at monthly / quarterly / annual level in conjunction with sales managers
• Participate in the annual budgeting process
• Work with sales managers to create a customer profile for each customer that includes all key contacts, product assortment, financial terms, social compliance documentation, quality documentation, logistics and shipping documents.
• Drive profitable revenue growth by developing and utilizing key performance metrics and standardizing operating procedures and scorecards
• Develop and refine forecasts for individual customers and overall area based on customer information, historical data, and recent trends
• Meet with customers as needed to support sales effort. Receive and verify accuracy of all incoming orders with customer and appropriate sales manager
