• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Implement the customer service activities by taking over the call center and live support activities.
• Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
• Bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain all contact management databases and systems
• Assist and respond to clients with any issues and train them whenever necessary.
• Research potential clients and make initial contact for the sales team.
• Assist with programmatic administration and implementation
• Assist the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer with other tasks that might arise.
