1) at least a master degree in business administration or PMP certified; 2) at least 10 years of extensive in procurement & contracts management for programs financed by international financial/development organizations; 3) experience in designing, building and implementing procurement strategy and contracts management systems & procedures for WB's financed projects, including the experience with sole responsibility; and 4) advanced English writing and communication skills
