1) B.Sc. in civil engineering from an accredited university with at least Ten (10) years of extensive experience in managing integrated rural sanitation programs in developing countries. Post holder shall be PMP certified; 2) proven experience that h/she has successfully completed at least one program with similar services in its complexity within the last Ten (10) years; 3) not less than 15 years of overall experience out of which Sr. program Manager post-holder for at least last 7 years; 4) solid background in handling and managing Project's related-engineering design issues; 5) PMC permanent team member for at least last Five (5) years; and 6) fully exposed to and familiar with WB's policies and procedures.
