- Responsible for planning, management, coordination and financial control of the project.
- Decide about the project organization chart and define the project team members.
- Ensure project quality and safety measures are implemented to the utmost level following company’s strategic objectives.
- Responsible through the Contracts Manager for all monthly payment, claims settlements, invoices, etc.
- Authorize the requisition of materials generated by different line managers of the project.
- Ensure the availability of resource and equipment required for the completion of the project on time animating the requirements of the clients in terms of quality and delivery.
- Conduct internal review meetings with line managers and sub-contractors to monitor and control the work progress in accordance with the project plan.
- Conduct regular site walkthroughs with the site manager to monitor the construction performance with regards to safety, quality and scheduling.
