• Generally in the delivery of a variety of internal workshops, courses and programs whether through giving presentations, facilitating learning in small groups, coaching or teaching online.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with internal clients
• Assisting the management team and the L and D programs leaders for the Management training programs and Employee Development programs in identifying training needs and designing programs to meet them.
• As part of the L and D team to work with the Deans of learning, teaching, assessment and scholarship and with the PGCPE programs Leader to implement the strategy for faculty development
• Assisting in the setting up and validation of internal programs
• Providing coaching services to internal and external clients
• Feedback on and input into course material and design
• In addition there will be the opportunity to facilitate on appropriate professional development external courses.
