Job Summary:
“Abni” Group KSA (+900 employees in more than 20 locations) is seeking to recruit a professional Human Resources Manager to manage some of the Human Resources Department functions such recruiting, interviewing, placement, orientation, promotion and termination of employees. The ideal candidate should provide a proactive ideas/plans in areas of employee/labor relations, performance management, training and development and overall organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop goals and objectives for the Human Resource Department.
- Plan, formulate, recommend, and promote HR policies and programs which support company objectives.
- Promote and maintain positive employee relations in the work environment.
- Responsible for establish HR policies, procedures all over the group.
- Maintain Human Resources information database and provides reports to management as needed.
- Manage all leaves of absence including documentation and development of timeline tracking.
- Keeping all group managers informed and up to date on employment/labor laws.
