- Provide detailed pricing for Material and Service for Datacenter Level 1 project in a timely manner to satisfy project requirements and expectation.
- Ability to establish the datacenter level 1 category procurement strategy and guide the country buyer conduct the strategy, can establish the supplier resource pool, and establish relationships with suppliers.
- Able to negotiate company contracts with most favorable terms to benefit the company.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide analysis into potential suppliers and ensure they were financially sound, quality driven.
- Ability to analyze data and produce reports that are effective.
- Huawei permanent staff headcount, base in Bahrain and travel to support all Middle East countries.
