Key responsibilities may include:
• Processing bank transactions on accounting system.
• Running and maintaining the accounts on the Card Manager system.
• Reconciling the transactions posted on accounting system to the payments received into
the bank.
• Processing customer refund requests ensuring that the correct amount is refunded.
• Processing client "paid direct" files and updating the accounting system for these.
• Identifying the correct customer accounts for the daily banking transactions for all relevant transaction types.
