Assistant Brand Manager Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the Corporate Marketing and Communications Department and
sections to execute the various marketing activities for the showrooms, sales and
parts divisions.
2. Formulate the various briefs as per the standard process. The brief should state a
current situation, objective, action plan, budget and results monitoring criteria. Each
event or a campaign should be followed up by a post activity report.
3. Follow up progress of work either internally or with the suppliers.
4. Prepare a weekly report of WIP activities.
5. Prepare a monthly report of activities including a brief study of competitors'
activities and marketing money spent.
6. Monitor the implementation/ production of tasks, signage, branding systems...etc.
7. Ensure showroom POS material, catalogs, specs sheets, branding...etc. are valid,
fresh and presentable.
8. Ensure showroom car display is proper and done every 2 weeks.
9. Ensure the signage is operational and presentable.
10. Supervise preparing new models early bird reports, product requests reports...etc
and any request submitted by the Principals.
11. Arrange reports on new competitor models launches, marketing campaigns, road
shows ...etc to be shared with management and showroom staff.
12. Communicate the various activities to the showroom concerned staff to avoid any
gaps.
13. Propose ideas to improve sales operations, brand equity and overall activities.
14. Make sure the website is up to date and fresh.
15. Monitor the look and content of digital portals.
16. Seek information updates (specs, colors, sales targets) from the ordering
department in the showroom.
17. Keep records of marketing activities for reference and reporting.
Qualifications:
1. University graduate in Business Administration or Marketing.
2. Bilingual in English and Arabic.
3. Minimum 5 year experience in the automotive business.
4. Accurate, presentable and hard working.
