·To work in and maintain good relations with the Taqseet merchant(s) that is assigned to you in order to increase Taqseet card issuance.
·Assist customers to complete new Taqseet applications as well as increase the average transactions size and number of new applications.
·Maintain Taqseet Card marketing visibility in the assigned store by ensuring Taqseet marketing material is well placed in key locations, price tags are always up to date and create new price tags for new stock items.
·Be present in stores as required.
·Coordinate and fax application forms and accompanying documentation to Procco and partner bank.
·Good record keeping of applications forms in the merchants.
·Support the business in any way to ensure the Taqseet program office is efficiently and effectively operated.
·Train and support the merchant staff how to do new applications and operate the POS device.
·Assist merchant staff to set up and ensure merchant store is displaying marketing material including, danglers, wobblers, application form holders, counter tops, welcome stickers, etc.
·Present and service the Selektpoints products to customers of the merchant.
·Support the business in any way as requested to ensure its effective operation.
·Undertake office administrative duties as required in conjunction with Procco operations including record keeping of merchant interaction and daily weekly and monthly sales reports.
·Handle any objections raised by merchants including transaction disputes.
·Any request related to the development and promotion of Taqseet Card in the assigned merchant or other participating merchants.
