BMMI, through its subsidiary Alosra Supermarket, is looking to recruit a capable and independent Project Manager to act as first point of contact for any project assigned too from all technical points of views. Organize and deal with all projects coordination and administrative requirements, ensuring that duties are carried out promptly, work produced is accurate and to a high standard, deadlines are met to enable successful project completion:
Responsibilities:
- Build conceptual design of the new potential supermarkets.

Prepare relevant base materials for the purpose of design development of the project

Develop timeframe and comprehensive project plan for each project and work toward completion of the same.

Manage and monitor day to day activity within each development to ensure timely completion of tasks and within the set budgetary.

Deals with all coordination, administrative and secretarial requirements of the project, ensuring that a high standard of work is produced in an organised, efficient and professional manner and that any set deadlines are met.

Attend project meetings & tackle all details requirements with service providers liaising with both external and internal services providers. i.e. contractors, BMMI support services etc.

Ensure regular site visits with service providers to inspect the delivery and quality of the agreed scope of work

Coordinate compliance checks, against specification and clients requirements

Handover the project the business and ensure their full satisfaction of the finish product.

May be required to carry out ad hoc duties for the company
