1) Reporting to the Division Manger daily basis.
2) Clarify all technical and sales doubts with the Division Manager.
3) Generating Enquiry for lifts and Escalators.
4) Meeting with clients and provide offer and catalogs.
5) Follow up with the clients for the confirmation of orders.
6) Negotiation with clients and finalize the order.
7) Agreement submission and advance payment collection.
8) Drawing submittal and get confirmation.
9) Visits to sites and provide technical assistance to the client and contractors.
10) Follow up for the materials payments.
11) Attending Monthly Sales / Collection meeting.
12) Coordinate with installation team for the smooth completion of orders.
13) Maintain good relation with clients.
