1) Reporting to the Division Manger daily basis.
2) Generating Enquiry for Lifts, Escalators, and Window Cleaning Equipments and Building / Construction materials.
3) Regular Meeting with clients, consultants, Architects and provide products presentations.
4) Market intelligence gathering for new projects and regular updates.
5) Follow up with the clients for the confirmation of orders.
6) Agreement submission and payment collections.
7) Drawing submittal and get confirmation.
8) Clarify all technical and sales doubts with the Division Manager.
9) Visits to sites and provide technical assistance to the clients, consultants and contractors.
10) Checking AutoCAD drawings for project details for the quotes to be prepared.
11) Sending Inquiry to the suppliers for the price.
12) Communicating and negotiate with our suppliers for price through email / telephone.
13) Preparing estimation.
14) Follow up with the client after providing quotes.
15) Preparing a monthly report for the enquiry generated.
16) Preparation of files for the job acquired.
17) Communicating and sharing data’s with colleagues.
18) Coordinate with installation and maintenance team for the smooth completion of orders and ensure after sales service is provided to each
customers.
19) Attending Monthly Sales / Collection meeting.
20) If any inquiry related to building materials pass on to the concerned person.
21) Maintain good relation with clients.
