Job Purpose
Meet and exceed utilization & revenue targets of all productive assets thru proactive sales planning.
Retain existing customers, develop new customers and provide after sales service in line with company vision, mission and values
Key Responsibility
• Proactively develop and execute a sales plan & budget to target new clients and develop the relationship with existing ones in order to increase sales of existing products & services based on the Company's Identified Business Requirements to meet and exceed utilization & revenue targets.
• Achieve revenue target by active sales actions - development of new customers and after sales service in line with company vision, mission and values.
• Collect market and industry intelligence and report insights in order to seize business opportunities.
• Visit customers periodically to determine existing project requirements and projected requirements of impending projects.
• Evaluate carefully & thoroughly all BFB (Bid for Bid) / BFW (Bid For Work) to provide competitive proposal in time to secure the order.
• Conduct site & project visit, carry out cold calls, review project data and performance related information.
• Actively assist with Sales & Marketing to establish Sales Management across the Group.
• Build and maintain a high performance culture through effective performance management, communication and coaching/mentoring of staff.
