On behalf of one of our international clients we are looking for several Construction and Sr. Construction Managers with extensive knowledge of project construction within the Oil & Gas Plants industry. The positions will be based in the UAE, Kuwait, Egypt and Iraq.
Role & Responsibility
• Prepare Construction sub-contracting Plan and schedule.
• Establish a Construction Execution Plan in consideration with actual site condition.
• Estimate Field Expenses and responsible for Construction budget control.
• Manage all Construction activities at site.
• Supervise and Control Field Staff in Field organization
• Review Construction drawings, Specification and plans thoroughly and coordinate with the Project Manager to resolve potential problems.
• Delegate and assign to each group of Field organization all necessary functions to be performed during the phase of Construction.
• Conduct weekly and monthly Construction meetings and monthly progress review meetings and ensure that all activities are performed against original plan.
• Check Construction Planning documents to anticipate any future problems and set up Plan for preventive and contingency measures.
• Prepare Construction Status report to be submitted to head office.
• Prepare Final Construction report.
