-Post all vacancies internally to encourage ‎employee development ‎
-Source, screen and shortlist CVs in line with the minimum criteria of the job role
-Conduct interviews with applicants and call shortlisted candidates to ‎complete the assessment tests in line with the recruitment process
-Grade assessment tests and provide feedback of results to the hiring managers in order to ‎make shortlisting / recruitment decisions, schedule second interviews when needed.
-Conduct reference checks on potential candidates
-Send rejection letters to candidates to inform them of recruitment ‎decisions ‎
-Maintain a database of all applicants for all positions in order reduce ‎recruitment costs ‎
-Coordinate with the Training Department in order to conduct outsourced or in-house ‎induction/ training for promoted managers
-Generate recruitment reports and statistics through the Applicant Tracking System ‎and share them with the Human Talent Director‎
