As part of RayaShop's E-Commerce Operations Team, your responsibilities will be including but not limited to:
- Handing customers’ orders.
- Arrange with Warehouse & Courier Company to have orders delivered to customer in a good condition and a timely manner.
- Solve customers’ complains.
- Handle customers inquire through various channels (Email, Online Chat, Social Media, etc.)
- Prepare various types of reports to direct manager.
