Key Responsibilities:
• Develop product functionality, user interfaces and performance improvements.
• Document designs and advise on product support material
• Investigate product issues and develop solutions to customer issues
• Develop test plans and methodologies to ensure developed products meet quality standards
• Be involved in, committed to and part of the continuous improvement of software applications and
• systems
• Ability to develop new solutions for market by taking new products and looking at added value solution
• Be able to lead execution team on the ground during project delivery when installing hardware at client
• sites
• Develop technology road map for the next 2-3 years based on senior management guidance
