- Ensures quarterly /full year revenue targets are met by managing the activities of sales team to achieve/exceed the revenue & growth goals
- Takes proactive role in contract strategy.
Assists management in developing strategies for expanding scope of existing contracts &
identifying new business and win-back opportunities.
- Lead negotiations in renewing contracts within assigned accounts.
- Develops relationships with key executives & decision makers within assigned accounts.
- Assists in managing the overall relationship to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
with product/service offerings.
- Provides leadership to the sales team & coordinates the involvement of IMS resources
(marketing, sales specialists, consulting & client service) in actively promoting the full IMS portfolio of offerings to anticipate to meet client needs.
- Ensures sales team is fully staffed, trained & deployed to maximize sales coverage.
- Executes account plans & monitors progress.
- Adjusts plan accordingly to consider new IMS product/service offerings as well as
significant changes to business conditions.
- Responsible for supporting finance colleagues on accounts receivables for IMS Services.
