myCOoffice is looking for a receptionist/office manager for our new location in Heliopolis.
You always smile, say hello to members as they enter the office space, make coffee and give people advice as to what and where they can eat around the office. You get to know each member and learn about their jobs and businesses. You answer phone calls, give directions, respond to emails within a few hours, handle customer service questions, complaints and requests in a timely manner with authority and responsibility. You schedule the meetings and training rooms. You order paper, printer supplies, make copies, scan documents and other related administrative duties. You prepare weekly or monthly reports. You post content on our social media sites (Facebook, Instagram) and respond to email inquiries about our products and services.
