• Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
• Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
• Create, develop and maintain reports to improve the monitoring of applications ensuring effectiveness in line with departmental policies and customer needs.
• Ensure systems’ design that allows all applications’ environment & components to work properly together.
• Responsible of technical setup for remote access and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for back up all the servers in the datacenter and maintain the backup process with the Disaster Recovery (DR) location.
• Responsible of the IT inventory check related to IT Infrastructure and ensure availability of IT equipment to make sure the business is not affected.
