• Receives and study the drawings, contracts and project BOQ
• Surveying quantities through the shop drawings and the site
• Assist in preparing the Bill of Quantities
• Certification of takeoff submitted by the subcontractor
• Review monthly subcontractors’ payment certificates
• Prepare the monthly Payment Certificate for subcontractors and client
• Prepare Bar Bending schedule
• Calculates the Quantities from Drawings and submit to all concern departments
