• Collects full details of property, including: documents requested for leasing, leasing agreement, prices, move-in date, etc.

• Coordinates with the photographer in taking property photos

• Identifies properties as per the Client needs and schedules viewings

• Prepares property portfolios and presents it to the Clients, discusses the method of lease/sale

• Shows strong knowledge of the leasing, buying and selling process

• Attends to inquiries within the day (of the following nature: leasing, sale, re-sale) professionally, to maintain a high standard of customer experience

• Advices & answers Clients’ questions on market conditions, prices, maintenance, appraisals and related matters

• Acts as an intermediary in negotiations between Landlords and Clients, when details of transactions needs to be negotiated, generally representing one or both parties

• Provides to Clients/Landlords any documentation needed for leasing finalisation

• Compares a property with similar properties that have recently sold/rented in order to determine its competitive market price

• Builds awareness and knowledge of the property market in Qatar and studies factors influencing property market

• Maintains contact with the Clients/ Landlords

Business Development / Research / Marketing

• Sources new properties/developments available on the market

• Sources potential Clients/ Investors / Landlords / Developers and establishes/maintains a good business relationship

• Networking- Attends “Real Estate” nature events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars…etc
