Project Architect
Responsible for:
Work supervision and monitoring of the fit-outs works on site.
Monitoring site team progress & performance.
Preparing project reports and updating schedules.
Preparing various documents related to construction issues such as RFI, CVI, MRI, variation, clearances, etc…
Attending project and design coordination meeting.
Attending weekly site progress meeting.
Following-up materials submittal approvals.
Preparing materials, equipment and cut list required for the construction.
Monitoring sub-contractors progress and payment request.
Conducting meetings with owner representative.
Comparing actual project performance against the project management plan.
Assessing performance to determine whether any corrective actions are required and then recommending actions.
Providing information to support status reporting, progress measurement, forecasting.
Liaising with Suppliers, Sub-contractors & Consultants.
Preparing shop-drawings.
Any other duty as instructed by the General Manager.
Reporting to the General Manager.
