• Supervise and oversee the Admin Aftersales and PSSR team through the distribution of tasks and monitoring all duties performed by members of the team
• Daily work management.
• Responsible for maintaining all necessary and applicable documentation.
• Coordinate service jobs with Service Manager and customers.
• Customers Technical Support by providing them with required technical data.
• Generating Monthly Sales, Sales Profit and Purchase Orders Reports.
• Generate products and customers database by collecting all available data of customers, (Engines Populations, Customers contact data, customers business nature and customers’ orders history)
• Classifying customers as per their fleet size and their business potential.
• Creating machine customer list per each Pssr, per geographical area.
• Reviewing annual plan and targets achievement.
• Planning for marketing campaigns.
• Product Support training program supervision.
• Planning customer satisfaction surveys.
