You are responsible for registering data into the Human Resource and Payroll IT system

You ensure timely registering data in the time keeping system

You secure that these IT systems have proper maintenance and fully functioning

Assist the HR group leader in conducting orientation for new employees in your organization

Assist the HR group leader in preparing and implementing the annual vacation plan

Issue employee annual leave tickets, business trip airline and hotel bookings

Create awareness among the employees about IKEA’s HR policies & procedures

Review, adjust, compute and distribute monthly and annual reports necessary to meet payroll reporting requirements

Assist store employees with personnel-related matters including payroll, benefits, policies and harassment issues

Maintain records of employee sick leave, annual leave, compensatory time, and holiday time

Prepare end of service benefits & determine routine deductions

You secure that all employee related data entered into the payroll IT system is correct

You secure that the monthly payment of salaries to all store workers is released every month without delays and errors.
