1. Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion.

2. Plan budgets and schedule facility modifications, including cost estimates.

3. Initiate planned maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment.

4. Responsible for preventive maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC, office equipment, etc.

5. Oversee cleaning and maintenance of facility.

6. Responsible for the administration of/and facility maintenance.

7. Insures that IMS are implemented in the department.

8. Administers and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.

9. Submit monthly reports to management regarding maintenance status.

10. Coordinate with the Procurement Department, Garage Department and General Manager to purchase spare parts and equipment rentals related to maintenance.

11. Supervise plant construction and erection.

12. Supervise plant mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration installations and repairs.

13. Supervise employees’ employee orientation, training, and conduct employee’s appraisal.

14. Prepare budgets and secure estimate and cost quotes as needed as easily handle petty cash from

time-to-time.

15. Enforce sound safety and housekeeping practices.

16. Supervises over the daily maintenance of vehicles and vehicle statuses.

17. Ensures that vehicle breakdown is at minimum levels and as low as the planned targets.

18. Ensures the availability of required spare parts in the garage as per requirements.

19. Monitors and analyze the daily spare parts issuances and work orders.

20. Prepare and submit the monthly maintenance report to GM.

21. Develop and administer all procurement related activities for the Finance department.

22. Develops and coordinates new policies and procedures regarding procurement processes.

23. Conducts analysis of program policies and procedures, develops plans, formulates guidelines, implements

new developments and procedures, provides policy interpretation for Finance to purchasing customers

within corporate guidelines.

24. Conduct supplier evaluation and prequalification analysis to insure compliance to company and product

Requirements as per company policy.

25. Performs all reasonable duties as required/assigned.
