A British International consultancy are currently conducting a search for a Senior Structural Engineer to work on a large buildings project. The role will be based in Doha, Qatar
Responsibilities
• Provide technical guidance and leadership into the structures department
• Assist all junior engineers with expert know of building structures
• Make sure all major projects are technical managed correctly and be able to guide the CAD team to minimise risk
• Increase the efficiency of the design and CAD team
• Work closely with PM and the client representative
• Complete to a high level the technical design phase
• Responsible for the design, review monitoring and checking of the detailed design phase
• Prepare all sketches and design works for the CAD team
• Train and mentor junior staff
• You will be interacting regularly with clients
