1. Ensure implementing the safety & Environment rules by section workforces and good understanding of the safety & environment policies.
2. Ensure continues implementation of the technical, safety & environmental work conditions of all plant equipment.
3. Ensure & follow create; update & continues improving of the scheduled inspection routes, inspection job plans, inspection check & parameters recording sheets based on equipment supplier proposal & actual equipment work conditions.
4. Ensure & follow updating the equipment manuals, specifications, sketches and historical files through the inspection results.
5. Keep in depth knowledge of equipment condition and specifying their need for maintenance through assure providing 1st level & specific inspection of all plant equipment according to scheduled route.
6. Ensure & follow monitoring & recording of all equipment measurements parameters & predicted conditions of all plant critical equipment.
7. Ensure initiate the work requests based on inspection results & prepare related technical reports as required.
8. Reviewing all issued work orders and specifying priorities.
9. Find solutions for isolated incidents and daily work requests.
10. Participate in technical analyzing of equipment failures or frequent incidents. (RF, RCA …etc committees).
11. Improve Reliability to contribute to Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
12. Giving continuous technical support in all maintenance activities and provide technical support to the other maintenance functions.
13. Managing workforces through: improving personnel performance, establishing stimulated working environment, ensuring stability of inspection output work and quality.
14. Lead and implement preventive maintenance projects.
15. Ensure & follow maintaining and updating information and data in the (CMMS).
