Job Purpose:-

Provides a variety of professional services at the officer level in the operations of Human Resources related to the implementation of human resource policies. Maintains a high level of HR service at all times.

Main Tasks & Accountabilities

Management

Manages assigned staff to level designated by senior management.

HR functions

Carry out a variety of assigned tasks according to the area of responsibility assigned, such as:

• Executes the approved recruitment requisitions of junior grades

• Screens applications and shortlists for all junior grades.

• Prepares employment contracts

• Maintains basic HR systems

• Manages leave /ticket data and actions required.

• Prepares a monthly contribution list for the government fund

Policies and procedures

Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of the Company’s HR policies and procedures.

Employee relations

• Works closely with Employee Relations Manager in a timely and efficient manner.

• Prepare a variety of scheduled and ad hoc reports.

• Answer staff inquiries related to area of responsibility.

• Assist other members of staff in resolving issues arising.

Occasional Duties

Undertake similar or related duties as directed by senior management.
