The Hospital Specialist ensures the promotion and supply of Celgene medicines to the medical profession

and so contributes to the Celgene development via access to our drugs. The HS promotes within brand plan allocated products

and delivers a complete and relevant information to the doctors and other health professionals.

The HS manages also medico-economic issues to ensure the accessibility of products portfolio Celgene to patients

within available care structures (hospitals, clinics, govt monopolies ...).The HS reports to the Country lead and defines

the development strategy in compliance with Celgene policies.

Primary Responsibilities

• in charge to define allocated hospitals/customer strategy and implement action plan in conjunction with assigned MSL

• provide feedback on how to best develop the brand in the assigned territory based on account understanding and communication with different stakeholders

• develop and maintain a competent level of product & disease area knowledge; demonstrate an ability to digest, interpret & share clinical data with customers (face to face or group environment) in a professional and creative way

• implement promotional campaign designed by the marketing department in labeled indication; provide the needed support to prepare, organize local activities, physicians attendance to regional / international meetings.

• ensure referencing, financial will to purchase, keep an eye on tenders and manage orders follow up

• identify and report funding issues and work closely with government funding organizations to assist in resolving access issues

• respond to customer issues and enquiries to ensure high level of customer service to develop the brand for Celgene and Celgene Hemo-Onco products

• report competitors activities

• analyze current market, identify business risks, priorities, and opportunities related to the product to assist in developing brand plans necessary to drive market expansion and sales development

• report activity and maintain / up date HCP file

• support identification and ongoing development of KOLs (Local, Regional & National)

• manage budget allocated

• transmit medical info requests to medical dept

• comply with national laws and codes of Ethics and company policies (PV, FCPA …)

• RMP : follow up and reminder to HCP’s
