• Media Offer Support
• Client Proposal Support
• Photo/Video Coordinating Support
• Creative Department Reporting
Responsibilities
• Maintaining the strategic design of the brand identity of JCDecaux for the various collaterals
• Ensures timely submission of departmental timesheets & monthly reports
• Completes and submits all appropriate expense reports for reimbursement
• Manages departmental calendars
• Complies to quality standards for the team as set forth by the department
• Communicating with different departments like marketing and client servicing for daily requests.
• Organizing and archiving all the photos & videos shared by photographer
• Assisting the creative team with Media offer Maps and Mockups
• Retouching photos once photographer finishes shooting
• Submits and tracks purchase orders from suppliers
• Prioritizes tasks and assignments to meet scheduled deadlines
• Participates in Creative Team meetings as needed
