 Meet & Greet walk in Customers and Receive the tools according to Process

 Core responsibility of RTCT (Repair Transit Cycle Time) & RRCT (Repair Return

Cycle Time) and contribution to overall ROCT (Repair Order Cycle Time)

 Arrange tools for Technicians considering Date, Type and Priorities (. Key

Accounts)

 Full Documentation and filing (invoices, delivery notes, Etc.)

 Preparing repaired tools for Delivery

 Take responsibilities and ownership of the Front Desk and Ensure good

housekeeping

 Assist in carrying out all repairs and services referring to valid guidelines, thus

fulfilling the request of customer regarding quality, quantity, repair cycle time and

costs

 Provide cost effective quotes for the customer on chargeable tools

 Report quality problems and put to records, as reference for further improvement.

 Provide innovative ideas for continual business improvement - addressing cost,

productivity, quality, hygiene and safety, people, and environment.

 Assist in spares parts organizing and planning and help in ordering

 All activities are issued according to the processes and procedures defined in the

GPMS and according to the costs budget and investments.

 Assist to Implement and follow the GPMS (Global Process Management System)

 Assist in Estimations/Quotations

 Participation company events (. Inventory Counts, Kick - off meetings)
