Purpose:

• Define, implement, manage and monitor policies and plans in the areas of Administration and Finance and HR to ensure proper management and development of human capital of the organization and ensure the growth and profitability.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Core Responsibilities: Approve the objectives, action plans and budgets of the departments in your area. Monitor and ensure consistency in the management of those departments. Monitor the operational objectives set.

• Financial Management: Analyse the correct economic progress and propose corrective action or improvement. Oversee the Planning and Control and Accounting. Budget monitoring all areas and negotiate prices with banks, credit lines, etc.

• HR Management: Implement policies and procedures relating to the areas of recruitment, training and development, compensation, internal communications and professional relationships and ensure a flexible organization of an appropriate scale, efficient and adequate staff to achieve the objectives.

• Resources and Employee Management: Plan the use of human and material resources at their disposal to maximize their effectiveness. Manage, evaluate, train, motivate and develop staff under their responsibility.
