TheBrand Manager within the Perfumes & Cosmetics department is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns (BTL); as well as dealing with suppliers (Estee Lauder Companies), maintaining promotional materials, inventory; planning meetings and events. She/he will also be responsible for maintaining databases and preparing reports. In addition, he/she will be responsible for executing sales at Class A Door, following up with team on achieving class B&C doors targets.
1. Brand Coordination:
Perform market visits to ensure the proper brand concept implementation.
Receive and check the orders codes and pricing, in order to ensure accuracy in receiving the products.
Communicate with suppliers to ensure good relationships and continuity for repeated business.
Conduct market research for data collection and benchmarking purposes, to be able to compete in the market.
Manage and handle suppliers’ contracts to ensure that the guidelines and marketing of the brands are being respected.
Handle the supplier’s budget to better monitor investments and decrease expenses.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports in order to help monitor and evaluate performance.
2. Promotion and Media:
Handle the marketing plan for his/her assigned brands to guarantee awareness and accurate product positioning.
Prepare offers in order to respond to the market needs for the purpose of customer value creation.
Handle visual merchandizing in order to promote all brands and acquire a competitive advantage in the market.
Coordinate with internal marketing department to ensure a convenient advertising campaign is implemented.
Review and maintain an accurate clients database in order to sustain an effective Customer Relationship Management.
Measure and track return on investment of the promotion and media activities in order to draw the needed lessons for future plans to handle their execution.
3. Stock Management:
Forecast future orders to be able to manage and sustain a good value of selling stock.
Count inventory accurately in order to avoid having out-of-stock items and maintain the value of the available goods.
4. Coordination with Sales Team:
Coordinate and follow-up with the Sales team regarding promotions and the new launches to guarantee reaching the brands goals.
Monitor sales constantly to guarantee achieving the targets.
Set reasonable sales goals in agreement with the Sales Manager in order to reach them.
Deal with the Beauty Advisors concerning sharing new launches and ensure that adequate product training is being provided, in order for them to efficiently promote the brand.
5. Sales:
Manage day to day sales operations in Class A doors to deliver 100% sales target and achieve customer satisfaction
Train the sales team (indoor and outdoor) on various products ensuring they deliver the right information to the clients
Resolve any issues/complaints related to business in order to have a smooth operation
Support effectively Gift with Purchase (GWP) and special events programs in order to maintain the global brand guidelines and monitor sell out.
Collect market share by brand by category by point of sale in order to identify company’s portfolio.
Enhance and improve in store brands location in order to increase visibility.
Negotiate better terms and conditions with clients in order to increase our gross profit.
6. Team Management :
Manage, direct, train and follow-up on the Bobbi Brown team, to ensure an effective retail operations and an increased sales turnover.
7. Training :
Conduct product-knowledge trainings and informs Beauty Advisors about new launches, in order to create awareness concerning the marketing plan and the products
