Handling all breakdown calls received by fax, phone, email and schedule technicians to attend the same on priority basis· Schedule technicians on day to day basis to carry out preventive maintenance of automatic doors covered under warranty, contract and spot jobs· Preparation of quotation upon receipt of service reports from the technicians and enquiries received through fax, email andphone. Subsequent follow up with clients to get the same approved· Preparation of service proposal and subsequent follow up for securing new contracts· Generating sales order and purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for quick dispatch of material.Responsible for implementation of Service
