The candidate will be required:
Handles client first meetings.
Writes project brief.
Calculates project areas and estimated cost.
Handles project contracts and fees.
Makes project mood boards (inside and outside ).
Ability to make and modify the project layouts, furniture layouts and electrical requirements.
Ability to make a creative project materials boards.
Confidante in selecting furniture’s, accessories, materials & objects. (FF&E).
Creative, timeless, and elegant selections.
Ability to visit showrooms, take prices and convince clients with the selections.
Follow up with the suppliers and contractors.
Having great marketing skills.
Fluent in CAD, photoshop and 3d.
Candidates must be presentable and have great communication/ conveniencing skills.
Candidates must attach their portfolio too.
Candidates must know luxury brands and also familiar with architecture and interior trends.
Candidates must come from very design oriented school.
