Summary:

Plan, direct and coordinate the actual distribution to the customer. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Prepare forecast of potential customers and items to be traded.

2) Plan and direct staffing, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and programs.

3) Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

4) Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

5) Prepare annual sales plan in consultation with the Branch Manager.

6) Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.

7) Call and/or Visit potential customers.

8) Provide Company information and introduce products to customers.

9) Keep record.

Knowledge:

1) Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services this includes sales techniques, and sales control systems.

2) Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and leadership techniques and coordination of people.

3) Knowledge of economic and marketing principles and practices.

4) Ability to use computer (M. Office)

5) Languages: speak and write Arabic and English fluently.
