Under the management of the Head of Mission and answering to the key functional link with the Project Managers, the Right And Advocacy Advisor will on the one hand guide and supervise the technical component of the two’s national projects related to disability rights - TAMKEEN project based in Assiut and Empowerement project in Cairo, and on the other hand support the Project Managers in the production of narrative documents including proposals and reports.
Responsibility 1: Technical support to the projects targeting disability rights and advocacy
Responsibility 2: Project and Donors Reporting
Responsibility 3: Capitalization works and assessments
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The position is based in Cairo with frequent visit to Assiut
Ability to work under pressure in an unstable and changing environment and with deadline commitment
Flexibility, ability to take initiatives and make decision
Ability to work in a team / group leadership
Strongly oriented to solutions, positive and constructive mindset especially when dealing with DPOs and PwDs
