Smartphone Software/Hardware Technician- Has Software or Hardware repair experience to more than two years in mobile retail.- Has experience in direct sales of Mobile/Electronics retail shops.- Experienced in dealing with customers, and has a good knowledge on customer care.- Deep knowledge of new smartphones and models.- Knowledge of all new types/Trends of smartphone connected electronics like wearable technology and connected home.
