Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units and always available in the sites.
Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with Corporate HR to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees in coordination with BU Admin Manager, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required.
Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation to all Admin Managers and ensure their accurate implementation.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning and report back to Corporate HR.
Identify training needs for business units and report back to Corporate HR.
Evaluate and monitor success of training programs and report feedback to Talent Management Manager.
Responsible for recruitment inside the Sector in accordance to Corporate Recruitment policy and meet the TTF target.
Implement HR initiatives and send reports to Corporate HR as per required dates.
