Role & Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of standards for analysis, design, programming, testing and documentation, and to ensure adherence to these standards
- Define end-user GIS applications requirements and assist in their analysis.
- Design and develop GIS applications in accordance with international standards.
- Support and maintain developed applications.
- Initiate and recommend the development and upgrade of GIS applications
- Perform QA/QC development standards and testing to ensure robust, bug-free, high performance application systems that meet user`s expectations.
- Compile necessary software development life cycle professional documentation. - Report plans, status, progress and recommendations to direct manager regularly.
