- Should review tender documents and understand the scope of works clearly, identify the risks associated with scope of works.
- Identify trade packages, prepare packages for enquiry and send to sub-contractors for pricing, negotiate with sub-contractors & suppliers. Prepare comparison of quotations.
- List out the tender requirements
- Prepare the tender submission documents including technical submission documents as required in the tender documents
- Ability to handle 2-3 tenders at a time.
- Should take care of all aspects of tender, from receipt till submission.
- Good knowledge of excel, autocad.
