ROLE OVERVIEW:
A Client Service Advisor is responsible for delivering an excellent service to all customers by answering telephones, providing service information, handling transactions, managing customer access, responding to sales enquiries and converting them into sales, and dealing with customer complaints.
Principle Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly and professional greeting to all customers while our team are giving service on site, presenting a positive impression of themselves and the organisation, over the phone and when on site to visit clients
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide information about a full range of products and services and supporting promotional campaigns.
- Ensure that every customer sales enquiry is dealt with through the appropriate sales process.
- Ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a professional and timely manner.
- Effectively handling and being accountable for all types of payment transactions.
- Manage and protect customer information, including sensitive financial information, in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Following organisational complaints procedures.
- Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
- Following Normal and Emergency Operating Procedures.
- Taking occasional responsibility for the induction and development of new members of staff.
- Meeting the training and development requirements of the job role.
- Working within the job role description at this level, recognising the standards and referring to appropriate members of staff for guidance and support.
- Be open to various other roles that the Organization will include in this profile within first year and later years.
- Prepare daily sales and visit reports
- Prepare customer feedback reports
- Prepare client review and complain forms
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved
