Job Description:
To maintain Documents / Drawings on the project
Responsibilities
- Receives, scans, and distribute documents to concerned employees
- Responsible for scannign and distributing circulars to all employees
- Distribute documents and dispatch after action.
- File As Built and Shop Drawings.
- Maintain Office Files.
- Produce Drawing Log and update on a bi-weekly basis.
